We are very honest in our payment structure and there are no hidden charges in the monthly prices that we quote you. Payment is always in advance of storage, this means that you will pay for a month of storage on the day you move into store and then calendar monthly thereafter by standing order.
Only you (the storage holder) has access to your storage unit or container, you can authorise family & friends to have access to your unit but as the storage holder you would need to come in to the office with ID to enable us to allow third party access. As the storage holder you remain liable for all third party actions.
Your storage will be on a rolling calendar monthly contract, you will remain in storage all the time payment is being received and until you tell us otherwise, we require at least two weeks notice that you plan to move out of store. To finalise your move out just call in to reception to hand back any keys and confirm that the unit is fully vacant.
Our site is fully covered by state of the art CCTV and full security lighting, in addition we have anti climb fencing. We monitor site visits at all times.
